Shipping & Returns

Shipping/Turnaround Times: Pure Fragrance Oils strives to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. However, during our busy seasons, it may take 3-5 days before your order is processed or longer. This applies to all in stock items. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to see if you would like us to ship your order without the item or if you would like to wait until the item is back in stock.

All orders are shipped via Fed Ex. If you would like your order to be shipped UPS, please notify us in the comment section when checking out.

Fed Ex delivery times will vary based on your zone and shipping method. All shipping times shown are estimates. Please allow time when ordering in the event the couriers are delayed. Also, when you choose our Flat Rate shipping option, we have the right to choose the best shipping option for your package. This means that your package will be shipped ground by FedEx. However, FedEx offers a new service called Smart Post, which allows USPS to make the final delivery. Depending on your address, we may choose this option for you. Smart Post is cheaper than the regular ground service and will take 2-5 additional days to be delivered by USPS. So, if you have a PO Box, remember to allow additional time when ordering, as your order will be delivered through Smart Post.

A tracking number for your order will be sent to via email as long as your email is provided to us. All orders will be insured and a signature will be required.

Damaged/Missing Orders: Pure Fragrance Oils takes pride in carefully packaging our products. However, there are times when the package or item may get damaged during transit. If this is the case, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order. We will work together to get you a refund or replacement. Please make sure to check your shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to having the wrong shipping address, you will be responsible for the cost to reship the order.

International Shipping: Currently, Pure Fragrance Oils ships in the US, Canada, & Australia.

Order Changes/Cancellations Pure Fragrance Oils strive to fill orders quickly. Therefore, any changes, additions, or cancellations, will be accepted up to one hour after your order is placed. Any orders that are cancelled after your order has been processed and packaged will result in a 15% restocking fee.
